Mixture That Tumble and Destroy Flu

As you know, we are struggling with diseases as if it is not enough to keep up with seasonal changes when we step into the winter season. One of these diseases is flu, as everyone predicted. God forbid it is worse, but once you get over the flu, you will suffer until you survive. Runny nose, weakness, sore throat or even cough.

I have come to the age that I have gone to a doctor. Some people go to the doctor for even the smallest thing, but I don't want to go to the doctor unless something important happens. Again, when I had the flu (about a month ago), I came across ginger every time I was researching what was good for flu. When I say ginger tea, ginger honey, I found many recipes that contain ginger. Frankly, I didn't think herbs would cure disease so quickly. However, I bought ginger and anise from herbalist.

Then I combined a few recipes I found on the internet and created a new mixture. After using it for just two days, there is no trace of flu. You can say that the disease will pass, but when I gave the same mixture to my brother, who had aching throats and couldn't sleep at night, his illness passed in two days. I wanted to share this simple mix saying it will help you.

The Magnificent Five

Necessary materials for our mixture; ginger powder, honey, black pepper, cinnamon, lemon. By using the proportions I use, you can get a mixture that doesn't taste very bitter. Mix 7 tablespoons honey with 7 teaspoons of ginger. Then add 3 teaspoons of black pepper and 3 teaspoons of cinnamon.

After mixing well, squeeze half a lemon into the mixture and mix again. The lemon juice will stay on top of the mixture at first. However, after waiting for 1 day, our mixture will reach its full consistency. You can take 1 dessert spoon before meals 3 times a day. You'd better mix it up again before taking it.

In addition to this mixture, I also recommend that you drink anise tea for your throats. It both softens your throat and is a good phlegm remover. To prepare anise tea, grind the anise you take in a mortar and grind it into powder. You can use 1.5 teaspoons of anise for 1 cup. After it turns into powder, pour anise into boiled water and wait for 8-10 minutes. You can then strain and drink.
