Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease. It can be caused by stress, fear, or a difficult situation. Anxiety can make it hard to think clearly, make decisions, or function normally.

Anxiety is a common problem. About 1 in 5 people in the United States deal with anxiety disorder each year. However, there are many ways to deal with anxiety.

If you are struggling with anxiety, here are some tips to help you:

1) Get organized. One of the main symptoms of anxiety is feeling overwhelmed and scattered. When your mind is cluttered, it's hard to focus on anything else. One way to combat this is by getting organized. Create a planner and write down all of your tasks for the day/week. This will help you to feel more in control and less overwhelmed.

2) Exercise regularly. Exercise releases endorphins, which are hormones that have mood-boosting effects. A moderate amount of exercise can help reduce stress and anxiety levels.

3) Avoid caffeine and alcohol. Caffeine and alcohol are both stimulants that can worsen anxiety symptoms. Try to avoid drinking coffee, tea, soda, and other caffeinated drinks, as well as alcoholic beverages.

4) Practice deep breathing exercises. Deep breathing exercises can help to calm the body and mind. To do a deep breathing exercise, sit in a comfortable position and inhale deeply through your nose for 5-10 seconds. Hold your breath for a few seconds and then exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this for 5-10 minutes.

5) Seek professional help if needed. If you find that you are struggling to manage your anxiety on your own, it might be helpful to seek professional help from a therapist or counselor. They can provide you with additional tools and strategies to help you cope with anxiety.

So true, good advices, and for who are suffering... another tip: get away from these social networks from time to time, the expectation and goals do not help much.
