This pandemic gives us extra weight come on be honest to that. I think some of us eat more than usual in the results we gain more fats, we gain more weight.

Some of us wants to gain weight, some are doing a lot of efforts to loss weight because the image of sexy is being thin and skinny where those small size of clothes can fit you so well. That how we view sexy. While some say it depends on the person who look at you.

For me size doesn't matter unless you over weight and your health will be at risk. don't make your self sexy make your self healthy. Eat as much as you want as long as you can maintain your health healthy. Exercise will always be the best choice to make your self and healthy ❤️ and of course eating healthy foods.

Though I find it hard. It hard to resist those delicious foods, chocolates, drinks and desserts. So I always find my self craving for them while making sure to eat them slowly and occasionally. This are foods that can boost your metabolism, more fiber, more loss weight.

Diet no more.

  1. Whole grains such as oatmeal and brown rice - It should be noted that wholegrain is always included in a healthy diet because it is rich in nutrients and complex carbohydrates that improve your metabolism.

  2. Chili - It will be noticed that when you eat spicy you are also sweating. This is due to Capsaicin, a compound that stimulates pain receptors in his body.

  3. Broccoli - Broccoli is high in calcium which also speeds up our metabolism. It also contains vitamins C, K, K, and dietary fiber.

  4. Apples and pears - These fruits have a low calorie content but have been proven to boost metabolism.

  5. Peanuts - Omega-3 fatty acids are not only found in fish because they are also present in peanuts and seeds.

This drinks can also boost your metabolism faster. I've tried that black coffee and I am still drinking it without sugar. I've heard this black coffee to be helpful in helping your body burn those fats. My Finance Teacher share this to our class and I was so interested and try it. It work for me and I drink it every morning not night.

  • Black Coffee

  • Green Tea

  • MCT Oil

  • Spicy Foods

  • Hot Soup

Most of the women now have this goal. Having a flat and sexy tummy.

One of the best things to is to go fasting this will help and test your discipline. We must have self discipline if we want to loss weight and if we want to get the best results.

We must have this attitude:

  1. Discipline: this will be the biggest reason to see your results. Challenge yourself for the better version.

  2. Eagerness: you should have this power to make it although the process.

  3. Goal weight: this is the deal and your motivation and inspiration will help you even if it's self thing

  4. Motivation: I thing that will push you to get your goal

  5. Inspiration: a thing or person that will push as to keep doing and reach our goal.

Now read this: Don't change yourself because someone push you to do it. You can cheat on yourself I believe in the saying that you can finish everything as long your happy doing it if not then may be you will failed.

It's okay to be just how you are today. Some day soon you'll find your self wanting a new version a sexy and healthy one. Do the things that makes you happy 😊. That's what we say and we should do.
