,Humans can not get away from feeling jealous. When we feel jealous, the real thing that happens is that we are not grateful for the life we have.
Sometimes without being asked, jealousy comes suddenly, jealousy comes naturally beyond our control. Then these feelings can cause heart disease because we always think that other people are luckier than us.
But actually jealousy can be eliminated. Removing it is not as easy as turning your palm. The process requires awareness from each of us. But there is nothing wrong if we try little by little to eliminate it or avoid it if it hasn't happened. Maybe we often conclude that other people are not better than us. So that we assume that other people do not deserve more than what we have achieved. We do not realize that it is actually not right and should not drag on. Because if it continues, it will make us less grateful for what we have got which then causes us to think that other people are more fortunate than us.
Luck does not always happen without a background of great sacrifice. Maybe without us knowing, other people have done their best to get the best achievements that many people dream of. Just because we don't know it doesn't mean the other person didn't do anything. Stay prejudiced. Even though what we think is good is not necessarily really good. We also do not think that what we have done is the best thing among the others if we only look at it from one side, without seeing the point of view of the other side. It is better for us to keep thinking positively and breaking prejudice against the results of other people's achievements. From there our gratitude for what we have obtained will increase. And it would be nice if we make the achievements of others as motivation so that we are more able to self-correct. Because it could be the life you have, the life that you feel is not as lucky as other people is the life that other people want.
I always tell myself that I am lucky because I am living a simple life with my family and have something to eat daily
