Suddenly the mind became very bad. Wherever you look, the mood is damp, everything seems bitter. Unnecessarily scrolling on Facebook, lying down, eating, bathing are all random. It's a mess. Then you will see that he is crying a lot. Looks like I'm going to die. What do I do in this situation?

1. No matter what state you are in, no matter how many nights or any time. Go straight to the bathroom. Leave the shower and soak for a while. If you don't have a shower, fill a bucket with water and pour water on it. Take a bath by rubbing your body with soap. Believe me, this will change your mood a lot. Like a surprise. If you don't believe, try it once.

2. Pray. If you are a Muslim, perform ablution, pray, open your mind and say everything to Allah, give thanks to Him, seek help from Allah. You see, the mind has become very good. And do not despair. If you belong to another religion, pray according to that religion.

3. Keep the mobile off for two / three hours. Does it sound ridiculous? Give it a try. Whenever you feel upset or depressed, switch off your mobile. Do not open the phone for three hours straight. It will be closed. You see, stress is reduced.

4. Call a friend and talk for fifteen / twenty minutes. Talk openly. Boredom will go away.

5. Go for a walk outside or go for a walk somewhere. Once out, the mood will slowly begin to change. The mood changes a lot when you walk in the open desert or on the road.

Someone else is doing something good. I can't do it. I can't have the attitude that I do it and someone else is doing it. The other person is doing something good through his hard work. But everyone has the opportunity and there is Just Right Time Tie Fact. Sacrifice, hardship, patience and proper use of time are the reasons behind the success of all those who have been successful in the world. Depression will be on the way to life, but if you think about it more, it will enter the brain in the form of depression therapy. Proper use of time leads to the expected dream.

. Get a new book from anywhere and start reading. If you don't like reading, get up and go out and read. The place that seems boring to live in is changed to either on the roof, or outside, or to a neighbor's house to spend some time.

. Chat with everyone in the family. We have become completely self-centered due to being mechanical day by day. I don't even talk openly with my parents or siblings. Mainly frustration or monotony due to the instrument works more. If you are upset or frustrated, sit next to your father and mother and talk about different things. Gradually the mood will return to normal.

Being upset is like a terrible disease. Slowly the mood, the body makes everything worse. Nothing feels good. I left everything on purpose and went somewhere. But is it really possible to leave and go somewhere? Must be on earth. Going to a secluded place and living alone is just a fantasy. Stay in reality without imagining all this, when you are upset, immediately rub your body, take a quick bath, chat with everyone, pray, find someone. Gradually the bad will go away. We must always keep our minds active to keep ourselves well. If you let it die, you won't really like to survive. Keep the mind alive, keep it fresh.

No one knows what the Creator has set for whom, just believe.
