We people tend to eat a lot of fruits in our diaries whether we eat them in breakfast or lunch such as oranges,bananas, and apples but there's a fruit everybody tend to forget about it which is date fruit.

date fruits have so many benefits which we are going to list below, without further ado let's begin

1-Strengthen digestive health: dates is a rich source of Dietary fiber that helps to strengthen this latter.

2-Anemia treatment: It is considered to be one of the excellent sources of Minerals that plays a great role in Anemia treatment.

3-Strengthen heart health:Also considered a great source of Mg and K which are really important for the heart

4-Control of blood pressure: As i aforementioned it contain a great deal of K and this latter helps stabilize blood pressure.

5-weight loss:I previously mentioned that it is rich of Dietary fiber so eating small amount of dates fruit will immediately make you Feel full .

Well middle east and north Africa are know to be the producers of date fruits and people of these regions say to make the most of this miracle fruit you should eat 7 date fruits every day on an empty stomach
