The number of people with disabilities in our country is not to be ignored. According to the United Nations World Health Organization, 10 percent of Bangladesh's population is disabled. At present, it is estimated that about one and a half crore people are disabled in proportion to the population of the country. This number is higher than the population of many countries in the world. This large number of people in most cases are not able to play any beneficial role in the economic development activities of the country. But if they could be freed from disability or made workable, this huge number of people could bring welfare to their family, society or country. They could take part in economic activities and make important contributions to national life if they could show performance in individual life. With a little care and love from us, they could have a successful life and be partakers of normal life just like any other human being. They would then become the people's resources of the country.....
