Bad habits are one of the things that everyone should avoid, especially our young people. It not only affects our health, it also destroys our dreams in life and future.

One of them is smoking. Due to the increasing number of lung diseases, not only the smoker, but also the people they often associate with. She becomes a burden to her relatives, not only for medical expenses, but also for the time spent in care, which should have been devoted to more important things, such as taking care of household chores, occupations or studies.

Alcoholism, or excessive alcohol consumption, also causes a lack of mental capacity to make appropriate and proper decisions. He causes road accidents, he becomes the enemy of the people around him, and he can no longer fulfill life's responsibilities.

In other words, bad habits do no good to man. He further plunges himself and his family into poverty, which can lead to the breakdown of family relationships, especially marriages. Children, especially when they are young, are very pitiful when parents separate, because (the person with the vice) does not want to leave yosi and alcohol in the body.

“Do not associate with drunkards or with gluttons. For they shall be brought down, and shall be clothed with sackcloth ”(Proverbs 23: 20-21)

QC Citizen Arrest Ordinance

Ordinances are already being implemented in Quezon City, through the Citizen Arrest ordinance. Smoking (yosi) and drunkenness (drinking alcohol) and gambling in public places are banned throughout Quezon City. Anyone caught violating the said order can be arrested by any resident and taken to the nearest police station or barangay hall / outpost.

Instead of focusing on bad habits, why not do more meaningful things, such as work, study, and help with household chores? Not only do we avoid the bad effects it causes, we also help our family and society.

The implementation of the Nationwide Smoking Ban was enacted in July 2017. Smoking is prohibited in any public place nationwide, except in designated smoking areas where smoke should not be allowed outside the house, building, bedroom, etc., and in places where many young minors and non-smokers reside. Smoking areas (TOTAL BAN) are not allowed in government offices, hospitals and schools.

I recommend our government to pass a law that will completely prohibit the manufacture, distribution, sale, and importation of tobacco and cigarette products, as the Tobacco Control Act of 2010 has been implemented in Bhutan. such as shabu, marijuana, ecstacy, etc. It will be permanently removed or phased out of the Philippine market. The release of any advertisement related to alcohol consumption should be banned nationwide, so as not to increase the number of young people addicted to alcohol.

Bars and restaurants offering alcoholic beverages will be banned, 5 years after the law is passed. This is to prevent road riots, the result of intoxication. It is still possible to sell alcohol in authorized supermarkets or liquor stores, but it does not exceed 100 ml per person. Alcohol cannot be consumed at the said store.

Anyone caught carrying and selling cigarettes, even the unauthorized sale of alcohol, will be fined at least Php 100,000 to Php 10 million, and imprisoned from 12 to 20 years. Tobacco and cigarette companies will be fined at least Php 5 million to Php 20 million, in addition to the immediate closure of the said company.

If we want a more productive, happy, and peaceful life, let us avoid bad habits. You have saved, you have taken care of your health, and most of all, you will not give your family a headache in the long run.

What are some things you can lose or break if you have a BAD VICTIM?

Your job.

Your health.

Your livelihood.

Your dream.

Tomorrow you.

Your family relationship.

Trust each other.

Your personality.

Opportunity to advance in life.

Strength of your youth.

Your life.

Salary or income.

Your time or time.

Your mission or purpose in life.

Commit to your loved ones.

Will you trade all of them in exchange for cigarettes, alcohol, gambling, especially drugs or drugs?

THINK FIRST BEFORE YOU MAKE A DECISION.

If I were you, stop all kinds of bad habits, before everyone gets caught. Repentance is always late.

I think the case is a manner of introduction though. People often introduce these vices as a way to relieve stress instead of doing other activities. It's been so since so long that it became so deeply ingrained into humans so i don't think any law would suffice in ridding us of things
