Every 4 Years

Currently our village is preparing for the election of a village head to become a leader who will build his beloved region in the future by becoming a village representative promoter guiding, fostering, directing, prospering the community. All preparations were made to support the election process on May 31, all candidates had their own strategies to attract the attention of the public to become the main supporters so that government programs within a 4 year period could be implemented.

As a member of the community, I also have a figure that I want to support as a candidate for village head by looking at his life and educational background. One of the things that I prioritize most as a figure selection is that the candidate has integrity and a program that will be the basis for changing people's lives from an economic, educational, social and cultural perspective.

With all calculations I finally found the right candidate he is a former bureaucrat who has retired from his duties as a government in urban areas who has been willing to become a candidate to protect the people in our village. His background is quite strong because his education comes from legal academics and has experience in the field of government.

Last night I visited his place and have declared myself to be ready to support him. My eyes looked and saw the situation at the location of his house which had built a tent large enough to accommodate the supporters and the most interesting thing was that the supporters were playing traditional games and playing card games.

I actually often see this game in my village but do not really understand how so my eyes are fixed on the people who are playing. It's interesting because this game is like chess but the difference is very much because the strategy and the method is also more interesting.

There are two places in this strategy board game and each player looks very focused on thinking and moving his troops step by step. If I look at this the game is not too difficult and different from chess one must think for a few minutes the name of this game is DAM.

Elsewhere there are also community members who are playing playing card games and most people in my village know how to play it because it is quite easy and interesting and the funniest is when the player with the least points has to receive punishment by standing in place during the game.

This activity is carried out to enliven the democratic party in my village because the moment of 4 years has arrived and the opportunity to carry out traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation. The election of the village head is the biggest event in a village that still has traditional nuances and life under hills and dense forests.

I hope this moment can run smoothly and safely I also pray that each member of the voting participants can choose correctly according to their conscience even though there are differences but always make that difference a beauty like a flower that doesn't look beautiful if it's only one color but is very beautiful on the other side. see if the colors vary.
