Criminals Still Have Hearts And Mercy

As hard as one's heart, if you see other people crying and sad, the tears will fall to the ground.
You may have felt the deepest sadness when you saw the suffering felt by other people experiencing the destruction of life that had befallen them. Suggestions of sadness that you receive immediately pierce the deepest heart, dominate the brain and mind, make facial expressions become silent, eyes become droopy, mouth is tightly closed as if everything that has been seen has been integrated within and experienced by yourself.
I might take people's words that a robber, murderer, thief, mafia etc who act as bad people they all have no heart and feelings because the actions they do know no mercy to others who have been victims of cruelty in crime and destruction.
Are all criminals heartless?
These words are heard many times in my ears because their actions have hurt other people so that many people become judges and call them heartless humans. Indeed, when they do our actions, maybe those who see them will hate the actions they do because the feelings they have are not like the feelings we have as people who witnessed them. They actually have a clean and sincere heart because in essence a human being born initially has a clean heart.
What kind of heart do they have?
I say that they have a good heart because many cases of crimes that have been committed have their own background, I once watched a story about a child robbing a shop full of cellphones he did this for one basic reason that has happened in his family because his mother was seriously ill and needed treatment.
Was this child's action right?
Maybe if we analyze it the actions of this child are wrong because they have committed robbery and harmed other people.
But, does he not have a good heart?
When he saw that his mother was seriously ill and needed treatment, compassion arose in him and he wanted to find something that could help his mother get treatment even though it was a crime.
From these explanations and examples, we can illustrate that some people who commit crimes have indeed made mistakes but in fact they still have a sincere heart and compassion for others.
Well, in the case of the boy, perhaps he had to find ways to help his mother but couldn´t and he resulted into robbery just to save his dying mother. Sometimes, these robbers have their reasons for doing such thing and one needs to listen to them first, but there are the real heartless one who derives joy in hurting another fellow without minding them.
