Love not Hate

When we hate someone, we are attempting to harm not only that person, but also ourselves. We lose the peace of mind and the joy of our spirits when we harbor hatred in our hearts. We can't continue on with our lives, doing nice and usual things. Hatred stifles our ability to be productive and grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

We can only cease hating people if we begin to love them. However, it is easier said than done to love. God wants us to do it because it is the greatest virtue and even the greatest commandment. Probably the most difficult thing to do is to love.

If you've chosen to stop hating and start loving, but you're having trouble getting started, don't panic; it's perfectly normal to struggle to love people, especially those you believe don't deserve it. You must, however, love the individuals you are interacting with, regardless of their sort. And you may do it by putting the following into practice:

Have empathy for others.

If you find it tough to stop hate and start loving others, begin by being empathetic toward them. You may despise them because you are just concerned with yourself. Maybe you're just aware of your own misery. If you can just think and feel about the individuals you despise, you'll see that they, too, are suffering.

You will understand their anguish and suffering if you put yourself in their position, and your heart will soften. Your heart will open, and you will be able to stop hating and begin loving.

Stop passing judgment on others.

The more harshly you evaluate others, the more you despise them. Stop disliking people by focusing on criticizing yourself instead of them. Instead of seeking for flaws in others, do self-reflection by looking for them in yourself. You acquire opportunity to uncover your own flaws, repair them, and become a better person when you reflect on yourself. However, focusing on other people's flaws just leads to frustration.

Stop hating and start loving by looking for the good in others rather than the bad. Do you despise your friend because she upset you with anything she said? And now you're criticizing her for being disrespectful? Consider the possibility that she is simply being truthful and telling you the truth. Why don't you think about all the excellent things she's done for you over the years? Instead than judging others, why not judge yourself? Perhaps you need to modify something about yourself to become a better person.

You can stop hating people if you can stop judging them. And if you can begin to see and rectify your own flaws in order to grow as a person, you may learn to respect and love others.

Have patience

Love is a patient person. As a result, you can't love without having patience. Stop disliking others by increasing your patience. If someone hurts you, don't retaliate by injuring them. Do not become easily enraged or think of vengeance. Keep in mind that the more patience you lose, the more love you lose and the more hatred you receive in return. As a result, if you want to reclaim your love and get rid of your hatred, you must first rediscover your patience.

Remember that while patience is difficult, there is delight in knowing that your extended patience will allow you to spend more time with the people you care about.

Perform deeds of kindness.

Love is generous. If you believe it is time to quit hating and start loving, show kindness to those you used to despise. If you despise them because they despise you, it's time to stop. Instead of calculating retribution, be kind to them. Demonstrate the polar opposite of their hatred. Don't be disrespectful to them if they're unpleasant to you. Instead, be courteous and pleasant to them.

You are a good and compassionate person by nature. Don't let other people's hatred taint your good character. Don't resent them for what they've done to you. Your heart will continue to ache if you do not stop hating. As a result, even small acts of kindness, such as wishing them a good morning, offering them assistance, talking to them when they need someone to talk to, and doing anything else that can make them smile and happy, can make them smile and happy.

Kindness is a deed. Don't expect anything in return; just do it. When you demonstrate kindness, you break the chain of hatred, and love lives on.

Get rid of your envy

People who are envious feel resentful and insecure. It causes a person to despise others because of what they possess that he or she does not. Envy must be eradicated if it is the source of your animosity. If you regard others as competitors, you will never be able to love them.

Stop disliking others by thinking of them as inspirations rather than competition. You should only think about yourself as a competitor. Instead than being uneasy by attempting to outperform others, use them as fuel to outperform yourself.

Be modest.

One of the biggest reasons of hatred is pride. People who are proud believe they are superior than others. They are convinced that they are always correct. They refuse to accept responsibility for their own errors. They grow oblivious and arrogant as a result of their ignorance. They despise people who damage or stifle their pride or ego.

Learn how to conquer your pride if you want to quit hating and start loving. Be modest. Recognize that pride will only bring you misery and sorrow. It will suffocate your joy. It will erect barriers between you and your friends and loved ones. It will make it impossible for you to communicate with them. There will be more misunderstandings and violence as a result.

Accept that you, as a human being, are not perfect and that you are capable of making mistakes. Learn ways to express regret to someone you may have offended. Hatred dissolves into love and your soul matures into a higher being when you exercise humility and recognize your own mistakes.

Put your trust in God.

If you want to quit hating a friend, partner, family member, or even a stranger who is harming you, pray for them to be enlightened and cease hurting you. Most essential, pray that no matter how people treat and despise you, you will never hate them back and will only love and do good to them in order to glorify God in Heaven.

You are solely accountable for your actions. Your pleasure is in your own hands, not in the hands of others. You were given free will by God. You have the option of readily hating others and causing your heart pain, or you can patiently love and fill your heart with everlasting delight. It's entirely up to you.

"Love conquers all."❤️ We should not let hatred reigned our hearts. Pride should be wrapped by love. Its better to a peaceful world than a kind of environment that full of judgements and most especially hatred. Hate will just bring you down and will put you in hell. ..

Truly, "No hate, just Love."!!! God bless!😇
