Hakuna Matata.. what a wonderful phrase 🎶🎶🎶
How wonderful life could be if you don't worry about anything like Timon and Pumba. But the sad reality is, we all have worries. It's just the way we handle our own worries that counts.
Worries are a part of the human experience. It's normal to be concerned about a past-due bill, a work interview, or a first date. However, “normal” concern becomes excessive when it is uncontrollable and constant. You think about "what ifs" and "worst-case scenarios" every day, and it's interfering with your everyday life because you can't get nervous thoughts out of your mind.
Worrying constantly may have a negative impact on your mental and physical health. It can deplete your emotional power, make you jittery and nervous, trigger insomnia, headaches, stomach issues, and muscle tension, and make it difficult to focus at work or school.

1. Have a worry period
Worry periods allows you to worry about everything that bothers you. It should always be the same time or same place everyday. Maket it a short period of time like 20-30 minutes. And the rest of the day is a worry period zone.
You can write all your worries during the day in a worry-list and remind yourself that uou can worry it later during your worry period.
2. Challenge your negative thoughts
During your worry period, you can always think of a way to solve the problem that worries you. Distinguish if its solvable or not.
Challenging negative thoughts about worrying will make you see the world doesn't seem more threatening that it really is.
3. Try relaxation techniques
Relaxation techniques can help you relieve the burden of worrying. Exercising can help relieve tension and stress, boost energy, and enhance your sense of well-being. Even more importantly, by really focusing on how your body feels as you exercise, you can interrupt the constant flow of worries running through your head.
4. Have someone to talked to about your worries
It may seem like a simplistic solution, but talking face to face with a trusted friend or family member—someone who will listen to you without judging, criticizing, or continually being distracted—is one of the most effective ways to calm your nervous system and diffuse anxiety.
Worrying too much can disrupt you from doing what you do in everyday life. But neglecting or solving what really bothers you will have much mre bad effects on the long term.
