Often when we have stomach upsets, we are recommended to eat this delicious dessert and even when we are on a diet it is ideal to enhance the flavors of the fruits due to its touch of acidity and sweetness as well as its creamy texture. We all like yogurt and even if we buy liters and liters, it always ends in the blink of an eye and we are left with that feeling of not having made enough combinations that we wanted, let's solve this situation by preparing our own yogurt.

1 lt. milk
1 small plain yogurt
How to make homemade yogurt

Place the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Do not move from next to the pot and stir occasionally. The temperature of the milk should rise to approximately 80ÂșC, that is, a while before it boils. If you don't have a kitchen thermometer (like me), look at the edge of the milk: when small bubbles begin to form, as soon as they start, you take it out of the fire.
Mix a ladle of this warm milk with the pot of plain yogurt. Stir well until joined.
Bring the yogurt and milk mixture to the pot, with the rest of the milk and unite, stirring.
Put all the milk and yogurt mixture in a large bottle of a material that loses little cold (glass or metal are fine, plastic will also come out, but better glass or metal).
Wrap the container with a blanket or towel. Place a clean brush on top and DO NOT cover with the lid of the bottle.
Take the wrapped homemade yogurt to a closed place: the oven turned off, the microwave idem, a box, the wardrobe, the baby's backpack or whatever you can think of.
Leave it like this for 6 to 12 hours. As I explain above, after 6 hours it will be ready, but with a little more time it will improve its texture.
