The Golden Buddha

Many temples in Bangkok have been visited by Georgia couple and Jack Canefield but the Golden Buddha temple has left them with a unique impression. The Golden Buddha is 10 feet in size and weighs one and a half tons. It costs 196 Million Dollars. In one corner of the temple, there is still a glass sculpture with only a large piece of mud that is eight inches thick and twelve inches wide. Next to it is a written history. It was written in 1957 when a monastery was moved because the area was part of the opening Highway. A large clay-shaped Buddha was one of the few carriers that carried it but because of its weight it had cracks. The old monk was more worried when it was raining, so the shroud covered the Buddha. By midnight, the statue was revisited to make sure it was dry. With the help of the flashlight 🔦 the adults peeked through the cracks but noticed strange light passing through them so took a hammer and brushed it and spied the cracks. A golden Buddha was exposed to the old man when the chunk of land that had been wrapped around it broke. Many historians believe that the Goldeb Buddha was covered in mud when the Burmese tried to conquer the Siamese. Unfortunately, all the monks were killed so their secret was not revealed. Like the Buddha covered in mud, man has a tough outward appearance but in it there is a "Golden Buddha", a "Golden Christ" or a golden-hearted childhood that is hidden. Like the monks who discovered the Golden Buddha, man must rediscover the true "splendor" of his true and natural being. He needs to know the real self. Who is he? Where did he come from? Where is he going? Give your own example of the hidden "real self".
