The two children are from school. The mother heard the swearing of one of the two children.
"Son, I heard what you said. That's not right. Why are you saying bad things, you know that's wrong."
"Many people say that at school", said the boy.
"If others say or do, is it okay for you to imitate?" Mother asked.
(Mother repeats the child's bad words)
"Mom, why did you say bad things?"
The child asked, "Because a lot of people say that. Eh now, how did you feel when I said bad things?"
"It's not good, it feels bad" said the boy.
"You know, I can say that, anytime I want but I don't because I don't want to, we are free to choose. I am the one I chose, do not speak badly."

Man is free to choose what he will do, but he is not free from the consequences of his actions. We are not free to do what we know is wrong. A person has a conscience that gives knowledge of whether what he is doing is right or wrong. He was willing to do something as a result of his decision. So it can be said that there are three characteristics of action: knowledgeable, independent and voluntary. When is human behavior right or wrong? From Catechism, for Filipino Catholics moral work has three dimensions; 1. the nature or action chosen by the action. 2. what we aim to be as executives or creators of action. 3. the circumstances or circumstances that affect the moral basis of action. Good work because good purpose; man has a mind so he can see the work whether the deed is good or bad. The purpose of the action is to predict whether the action is moral. For example, adopting or helping someone in need is commendable. In the event, consideration will be given to the answers to that question; who? what? why? where? when? how?
People often know what to do, good and right but many times what they do is the opposite. Man as the executor of moral action knows his actions and over time, man gradually learns to use the freedom of choice for self-development. As an emphasis, freedom does not mean being able to do what one wants to do or say anything.
