There's mention of it in the terms and services. This and the ability to edit your post are strangely missing. Those are some pretty important things to not have working as of yet. You better never have to edit a post lol I believe they should have waited a bit longer in development before announcing anything.

AFAIK, you can only edit a post up to three days after writing it. I think Simon mentioned it in one of his posts. Being able to delete one's account still seems to be missing.
