A message from Covid-19

Is the universe trying to send us a message through the outbreak of Covid-19?

"Take a look at mother earth, the use of all these chemicals, slowly depleting the ozone layer, poor waste disposal practices, the slaughtering of animals for your own benefits, and so much more, you all need to slow down and look at the impacts of all of this!" mother earth utters, time and time again.

Mother earth is tired, if not annoyed of all the things we do to plague the sustenance of the earth.

Here's the main lesson the pandemic has thought us!
Spend more time with your family and loved ones!

We have all been forced in some way or the other, to stay at home for long periods of time with our family and friends. Those of us with busy lives, especially with work, it gave us the chance to slow down a little, spend time with your child who you might not have known was depressed and hurting themselves, spend time with that parent who you haven't been able to talk to in weeks, because you have been too busy.
The pandemic gave the chance to listen to needs of your loved ones, hear them out a little!
You might not have seen it before, but anxiety might have been plaguing your family; even mental health, because why? You haven't been paying attention!

Our elderly folks are somehow being neglected at this time!
That is not good enough!
Whether it be your grandmother, great grandfather, mother; she had taken her time to groom you, nurture you in the amazing Youngman/woman you are today, and all of a sudden they are no longer your priority.
I'm not saying this is the case for you specifically, but many have neglected their elderly loved ones in the pandemic.

Look at your leaders. Now they are putting their own greed and political gains behind and fighting for the health and wellbeing of their citizens.
It's quite commendable and makes you wonder, why a pandemic had to force such humanitarian acts. There are many leaders, (Presidents, Prime Ministers, Princes) who might have been amazing before, but not everyone can relate.

If you weren't aware before, violence against women and children has already been a pandemic in it's own way. I would also like to add, the issues with people of colour, they also have a hard battle to fight, and sadly enough these issues have increased even further during the pandemic, for whatever reason.
This issues shed a new light and just how evil the world is, and what our children and children's children would have to go through if not worse.
The pandemic, highlighted these aspects and so much more that 'WE' as a people need to work on. 'WE' need to strive for equality in every way possible. Its sad that it took a pandemic to bring this to light for many!

Black Lives Matter!

So many homeless and hungry people plagued our planet, and somehow it caused Covid-19 to open up our hearts to them, and give like never before.
Believe it or not, it's true!
Many would have passed by, and give the homeless weird looks, but now are willing to help, because they believe is at some end of some kind.
They are maybe looking to make their path right with their creature, and do well by people before earth get's cancelled.
A pandemic shouldn't have been the element to activate our kindness to the less fortunate.
