Lime, little one has a lot of vitamin C
Lime is usually used as a complement as well as a taste enhancer in various foods, which we most often encounter is to enhance taste of soupy dishes. In fact, aroma and taste are sour and fresh, making lime juice often used to remove fishy smell of fish before being processed. However, not many people know that lime has many good benefits for our body.
There are many types of citrus, one of which is lime. In contrast to citrus fruits that we usually eat right away, limes are not eaten in that way. This citrus is more often mixed in food to make it more delicious or made into a fresh drink rather than eaten directly.
A lime is more rounded than a lemon, which is slightly oval with a slightly sticking edge. Then, limes are bright green while lemons are bright yellow. Although color of lime fruit can also turn yellow, usually people tend to use this fruit when color is still green.
Lime is also different from limau. This type of citrus is often confused with lime because color and shape are almost same. But if you pay attention, limau are much smaller in size, while lime are generally size of a table tennis ball.
Color of limau is much more intense, aka dark green. While lime is much lighter and sometimes slightly yellowish. To touch, surface of lime peel is smoother and thinner, while the limau peel has a rough texture because it is surrounded by small, thicker bumps.
As you probably already know, water is an essential substance for body. About 70 percent of composition of human body consists of water. In addition to being tasked with maintaining body's fluid needs, water also functions to remove toxic substances that settle in body while supporting availability of energy for activities.

Content of vitamin C and antioxidants in limes can strengthen your immune system and help body fight diseases, such as flu, colds, and so on.
Not only that, benefits of lime which contribute a lot of vitamin C will also increase production of healthy cells to kill disease-causing microbes, so that it will speed up recovery process when we are sick. So this type of citrus fruit is highly recommended so that you don't get sick easily, because they contain lots of vitamin C which is very good for maintaining immunity when weather is uncertain like today.

Right, lime is good for health but lemon is not. I don't think this has ever happened to anyone before. But because of the lemon water, my father had kidney stones.
