Forgetting is not a deadly disease. However, inability to remember important things in time is clearly disturbing comfort. Especially if what you have to remember is something related to work or other important things, it will definitely be an uncomfortable moment.

Therefore, learn to focus attention on what will be done. If you want to get drinking water in kitchen, first brush off other thoughts.

Advances in technology make life easier. No need to calculate by mind, you can do it quickly using a calculator. No need to bother remembering date of an important event, you just need to write it down in cellphone reminder.

This lack of burden in training brain to remember is what causes us to forget easily. Have you ever heard the advice that brain or memory is like a knife, more you sharpen it, sharper it will be. Likewise with human brain "more brain is sharpened, better its ability."

Therefore, don't be lazy to train your brain by remembering something, such as a grocery list. Instead of writing it down on paper, it's better to keep it in mind.

This busy life often makes us neglect to pay attention to important things. When worshiping, which should require high focus and concentration, our minds can easily drift to other places. Therefore, it is not surprising that later we forget the things that we pay less attention to.

Another factor that influences us to easily forget is due to lack of rest. Lack of rest not only spoils the mood but also increases anxiety and decreases the ability to focus, this is what makes you forgetful.

But, you don't have to worry. Forgetting is human nature. It's just that we can minimize it so that our brain does not easily forget. So, sharpen your brain to be sharper and easier to remember things that are important and useful.

Definitely agree with you that forgetting is human nature. Not intentional but happens. The main reason being interruption especially when your mind is disturbed.

Forgetting things is not the problem, is just that how you forget things easily might be the problem, if you are old and you forget things easily it is said to be normal, but if you are you g and you forget things easily it can be your nature or you aren't focused on that thing or you are troubled again, by another thing
