A little happiness Today I want to show you one of the things I do in my free time. It is quick to make and always brings happiness. These are some of my mushrooms. Several of them participated in a bazaar at my son's kindergarten. . They were all sold so that it could be built or renovated in the children's playground. They are nothing special but they were made with a lot of love and effort so that I could make someone else happy. Both from parents and children, later it turned out that even the kindergarten liked them and bought them from them. This made me happy and made me continue to create beauty with my hands. **Everything created with love brings happiness.** That's why I will not stop making beautiful things that make me happy and other people happy. They say that knitting doesn't matter whether it's on one or two hooks, it calmed the person who knits down, it made them more calm and relaxed. But only a person who knits knows that it's not exactly like that. Knitting is a process of self-discipline, calculation and to some extent self-control. Now I will explain what all this means. **Self-discipline** You need to find motivation to start knitting, not because you can't but because you know that you have to complete the given project. You need to schedule your time so that you have time for everything. To have time to do your work which you have from 9:00 to 5:00 to pick up the child from the kindergarten, to prepare a meal that you will all eat together, and to find time to sit down and knit. **Calculation** It may sound silly to people who knit, they are constantly calculating things. This is the mathematics that is needed to be able to calculate whether the given element you knit is the right size. Whether the first Nani you make is long enough to be suitable for a baby blanket, for example. How much filling will be needed to fill the amigurumi toy. Can the yarn you have be enough to make one or two items or one or two toys. Do you have the necessary eyes I apologize safe eyes to be able to finish the amigurumi toy. Are they crocheted with the right hook. There are many things that need to be considered and calculated before starting the work process. **Self-control** Only a person who has crocheted knows what it is about. You need to exercise self-control when you are in a yarn store. No matter what your finances are, you cannot buy everything that is in the store. Buying yarn requires space, do you have such space? It is easy to buy a larger amount of yarn and at one point wonder where to put it so that it does not get dirty, or is not pulled by children or pets, or does not absorb a different smell from the house itself. This is one side of self-control, the other is when to stop. It sounds stupid, but it is not. It often happens that knitters get so caught up in the work on a project they have started that they have no time to sleep. Knitting is extremely fascinating, we often lose track of time. And what was supposedly knitted in 10 minutes turns out to be knitting for five hours in an uncomfortable position just because we want to see this element finished. If you ask someone who knits how they feel while knitting, you will hear different opinions, some will say that it is super calming, others will say that it makes them nervous but they do not stop knitting. Now I will tell you why. When knitting a larger project, most often a chart is used in which it is clearly described how many and what stitches you need to make. It sounds simple. But it is not always. For example, you are working on the body of a dinosaur and you are told that you should have 15 stitches, then a battle stitch again in 15 stitches, two double stitches and so on. You focus on one hand to count those 15, while knitting someone asks you something - the end. You forgot the number. You start counting again or untangle and start again. This is probably the thing that makes me the most nervous while knitting. That's why most of the time I knit when the child is asleep, that is, everyone at home is sleeping and I'm left alone with some TV series in the background doing magic with my hands.

Is it hard to motivate yourself Motivation is something that everyone has to find within themselves. Some people find motivation when they wake up early, make a nice cup of coffee, and drink it in peace while they think about what they need to do to feel better. In order to be motivated, a person must set some goals. Specific, measurable, relevant, and time-bound, likely, and achievable. In order to make motivation easier, all of these goals should be written down and reviewed regularly. One of the methods for motivation is visualization. You can create different boards or tables that list different small steps to achieve a given goal. Imagine how you have already achieved the given goal. What is the feeling you feel when you have achieved the goal? What does this change in your life? Every small step achieved on this graph or table, no matter what you call it, deserves a small reward. This can be a small thing, it can be a candy, it can be a short walk or something else that makes you feel good. All of this can be done with proper prioritization or planning and organization. It is good to make a schedule that breaks down each step that needs to be done into separate parts. Something like creating a plan for the day that includes specific Steps to the goals. Very often, to motivate ourselves, we need external intervention, we need people to support our endeavor. This can happen by attending various courses to improve ourselves. One of the important things about motivation is still to take stock of what we have done. Keep track of what you are achieving and where you can improve the given process. We should not forget about self-analysis. What this means is to regularly review what is working for us and what is not, in this way we can optimize the process. Sometimes motivation can come from the simplest things like a short walk, doing different exercises at home or in the gym, or even reading a book. This does not exclude the moment of rest. We should not forget to take time for rest and relaxation. The most important thing is for each of us to find what works for us and not stop trying to improve. These are some of the things I make. Beautiful soy candles made with my own two hands. This is something that calms me down, makes me feel happy and motivates me to open my own business someday. Right now, it's all a hobby, but you never know what the future may bring. My vision is a small shop where you can find all the things I make. These things make people happy, make them feel good and happy.

Hands create things that soothe the soul One of my hobbies is creating jewelry. The beauty of natural stones fills me with more energy. That's why I decided that I wanted to make a few different beauties with which to please myself and why not someone who has decided to buy them. In my creations I use natural stones such as jasper, onyx, opal, turquoise and others as well as acrylic beads. After learning how to crochet, I decided to improve my creations by making unique crocheted beads. They are crocheted using 100% cotton yarn, which is hypoallergenic. Most of my jewelry is made of natural materials, and in addition you can also notice steel elements such as leaves, elephants, dolphins and flowers. They are all safe to wear by both adults and children, of course if you decide to bite them you can hurt your teeth, so they are not suitable for very young children. For variety I decided I wanted to try making earrings. Some came out well, some not so well, but honestly I'm not sure they are ready to be displayed right now.

What Happens When You Infuse a Little Emotion and Love? The answer is simple: you create a little treasure. We often underestimate handmade products, viewing them as lower quality or less impressive than mass-produced items. While this may be true in some cases, I want to show you my little creation. A few months ago, I came up with the idea to create something of my own—something that inspires me to be a creator and explore new skills. Thus began my journey into the world of handmade products. It all started when I received two balls of yarn, two hooks, and a pattern for knitting. It wasn’t anything special—just a pattern for a penguin. But when I was shown how to create magic, everything began to change. I learned to knit various items, primarily jewelry and amigurumi. Over time, I realized that I enjoy working with the thinnest yarns possible, which means I am getting closer to micro-knitting. I haven't fully mastered this technique yet, but I know that where there is a will, there is time for everything. Today, I want to introduce you to my other passion—soy candles. It turns out that this is something that makes me feel calmer. I pour my candle vessels by myself, hand-color them, and finish them with a coat of polish to add a touch of shine, all while pouring the soy wax with lots of love. This is my time—the moments when I can immerse myself in silence and tranquility while creating this little magic with my hands!

What it takes to feel alive again If you are like me and feel that sometimes with work with taking care of family with various other problems that jump into your daily life is probably you need something to make you feel alive again. Alive not literally but get the energy up in your life. Recently my doing of this thing. We visited a city I hadn't come from with my childhood. This town is located central. A small renaissance town. A town that has both tradition and modernity woven around us. The town is not big but yes an opportunity for real relaxation. Translated with DeepL.com (free version) What we were able to see in it was the house of Hristo Botev. A man gave his life for the good of the people. A man with a capital Ch. We saw his museum and the small house he lived in. We caught the moment when the rose picking had just passed. Maybe his last days.

After 9 days of wandering in the forest they found the boy. I calmed down. He is small, with a problem and alone. Fortunately the volunteers who were looking for him had left water bottles and various packaged foods in various places in the hope that he might walk by and get something to eat. The ambulance doctors who took the child in after he was found by hang gliders said his general condition was good, although he was slightly dehydrated. He was found about 20-22 kilometers from where he was separated from his father.

Can we understand our children? I am worried. A 12 year old boy has been wanted in my country for 5 days now. The town he got lost in is near our capital, but it is a relatively small town. You would probably say that children are wanted all the time, but this child is a little different. He has autism. They explained on the news that even if someone found him and wanted to help him by taking him to a police station, the chance of that was very slim. People suffering from such a disease had a hard time trusting anyone. They didn't turn around when you called them by name and they certainly wouldn't leave with a stranger. I'm scared because it's not just me anymore and the nights are cold. Probably hungry, alone, confused and scared. He got lost while he was with his father. The police, the gendarmerie and many volunteers are searching for the child in and around the town he is from.

A sweet little angel - let this little angel watch over him! Right now our whole country is looking for a 12 year old child who is lost. The child is autistic and has been out somewhere for 4 or 5 days. I am worried about him. I'm hoping he's holed up someplace warm because the temps are already low at night. I send him all my love and strength just to make it home!
