Isa na namang magandang umaga sa ating lahat! A very common recipe and also one of my favorite dish na lutong Pinoy, Adobong Manok ( Chicken marinated in soysauce)
Maraming version ang pagluluto nito, quick to cook and easy to serve!
Ingredients:
Chicken meat
pepper, chili
1 cup of soy sauce and 2 tbs. of vinegar
2 tbs. cooking oil
onion and garlic
Potato or carrots ( both will do)
Procedures: ( my dad's simple version of cooking adobo)

Sa isang kawali, igisa ang onion, garlic at isunod ang chicken meat . Ihalo at lutuin ang patatas o carrots , ilagay ang paminta, sili, soy sauce, and vinegar . Serve hot and enjoy eating!
