Luncheon meat cracker cake for lunch today. This is all of our favourite, once taught by my mother's friend then we all fell in love with this dish (provided you like luncheon meat). Very easy to do also. Just need a can of luncheon meat, 6 eggs, one can evaporated milk, 27 pieces of cracker biscuits. Fry and minced the luncheon luncheon meat, you may add onions to fry together so that more fragrant. Beat the eggs and add in evaporated milk and mix well. Soak the biscuits in the evaporated milk mixture. Layer the biscuits on baking tray 3x3 piece first followed by meat, then another layer of biscuits, followed by meat, then last layer of biscuits. Pour the remaining milk mixture into the baking tray. Steam for 30 minutes.
