Aunt always cooked delicious food. But particularly last Saturday, the boys were very happy because she cooked for them her homemade chicken nuggets. Hers weren't those small pieces size like at fast food or frozen pack, but hers were bigger sized nuggets. She would buy the chicken breasts, tenderised them, slice them to thinner slices, marinated with salt and pepper and some chicken stock, coated with flour egg + her own breadcrumbs too. She also cooked some fish nuggets besides the chicken nuggets which I really liked. Some fried fresh prawns too. She cooked so much chicken nuggets that she packed for us to take back for dinner. I could even share some chicken nuggets with my mother-in-law side. Yums!
