Another belated Father's Day celebration. This time it was for fathersss in our midst; my own husband, my brother-in-law @helyanwe and my father-in-law. We forgot to take any group photo again. We dined at a restaurant called Golden Valley which served Peking Duck which was the star dish of the day. I wondered who came out with this brilliant idea, to wrap the crispy duck skin with thin pancakes, wrapped together with scallions, lettuce, cucumber and sweet sauce. Superb combination. Super appetizing. Yum yum.
