After few days of eating Chinese food cooked by me, we all wantes something else. Saw this can of corned beef I bought sometime back in case there's another pandemic strike but thankfully, nope, in fact, everything is like back to normal now. Corned beef with bread and wraps, we all love it. How about you? I always love to add in onions, potatoes and carrots, all sauteed together to make it more flavourful. Just the corned beef itself, we find it too mushy, like nothing to bite. Add in slices of cheese, the whole thing tasted sooooo delicious. The boys super duper love it. Thankful that Jansen can eat now so that he can increase some weight.

Oh yes the corned beef is a bit mushy. Th one we have here is usually chunky in strips. But still, it's really delicious when partnered with cheese. 😋
