I thought I can stop running. My body used to be active for more than a decade. Also, it feels so weak and tired without sweating or exercise. I decided to go back on my old track. And yes! here I am again, collecting medal from my marathon competition😂. Cheers to longevity! Stay healthy noisemates😘

I focused too much on my peace, goals and HEALTH. Truly, I can say it now that I regain my dignity and strength. The best thing I learned, is that we must grow thru strong discipline in all aspects in life. Learn to live without a jealous heart. Have a nice day nosiemates😘

I think everyday that APE or Annual Physical Exam is coming. And I need to pass all exams and laboratories 😄 Wanna know why? It is the best way in motivating myself to continue my healthy doings. Char!🤭 So once or twice a week, I do my cardio exercises! Wherever my mood leads to. This time, to our sports complex! Happy noising and stay healthy guys!

Life is not all about happy rides. So, with my friend, decided to have a road run. It was intense hahaha coz it was 16kilometer. We were so haggard when we reached to our destination. To a beautiful cafe which surrounded by tall trees and the ambiance is so relaxing! With a cat who wants to be cuddled by visitors. I shuuuu her away but successfully sat on my lap! 😹 What a sweet kind and super clingy! We were exhausted and hungry. Foods become tastier😋 SWEATS PAID OFF………! Honestly, you can only taste sweet things after experiencing hard life! So, don’t give up💪 Happy noising !

I almost forgot to share with you that I bought new phone with help of BCH that I gained during my noise.cash days. It was a little sacrifice in my part coz the price that time was quiet low! But I badly want to buy coz I wanna share beautiful photos and stories. That make your reading a worthy and not a waste of time. But major percent of the money that I used is from my hard earned savings. Month before my birthday, I surprised myself! What do you prefer, GYM or a ROAD RUN? When there’s no rain, I oblige myself to wake up at dawn for a roadrun every restday from work. I read an article saying that we must invest GOOD HEALTH up to 55 years old. But main reason is, I feel so heavy to move if I don’t exercise and become moody too like a witch😂 hahaha, I wanna look young like a princess! I love the gloomy weather, sea breeze and the flowers! And my eyes enjoy the beautiful sky😍 Happy sunday and happy noising to all.

SUMMER 2023 has officially ended here in my country! But still overwhelm with my beach experience. I pointed everywhere coz I wanna go there and here😂 haha, everywhere is clean to swim. And, the temperature was below 40 degrees and it is tolerable. What a life 😍

Swing, fly and swim. Not everyone has the strength to enjoy this kind of adventure. And I am blessed. It was my longest land trip, just to reach this iconic "swing" above the waterfall. I have seen so many vlogs about it and I really wanted to try. At first, I hesitated to jump coz when I saw down the water I felt scared 🥺 But since, I wore life jacket, I feel less worried and personnel were watching too. Finally, I tried all the 3 levels of swing. And it was the best feeling. haha!!! Happy noising!!

Bet you think I am a living proof that human really originates from a monkey family?🙊 haha Once upon a time, a group of people had reunited again after a decade and a 2years. haha, Don’t get confuse🙉 It’s just 12years in total. LoL It was held on a beautiful farm! Surprisingly, it is quite far with no concrete road.😂 So dusky and rocky , swirling and winding. haha I don’t know what more words to describe. And when we arrived in our reservation, Tada! NO WIFI available, phone signal is too low. So ended up, climbing on fruits like I did😂 I am certified a climber like a monkey. LoL What a lovely, when you did again those old day’s experience! Happiest noising!

As usual, 4:30AM is our starting time to jog. Into the unending ascending road, we challenge ourselves to break our previous record. We must finish it in a shorter time. And yes we did!! We arrived to our endpoint route before the sunrise 🌄 yehey! With my friend, I decided to run again coz I feel so unhealthy without sweating. Let’s all stay healthy and eat well too! Into the woods!!! We rented a cabin to celebrate my birthday.🎂 Coz I really wanted to reconnect with nature. I’m really getting older coz I found inner peace in this kind of environment. Unlike my 20’s, I found enjoyment in pubs😂 But now, I always escape from cityscape! It was just a basic celebration! I just brought grilled fish and pork, liempo and roasted chicken, and a cake to light up! And we woke up with a wonderful view!🥰 We had dried fish and scrambled eggs at breakfast! And the leftovers lol I had coffee but my friend preferred coca-cola with ice😂 hahah Anyway, let’s just enjoy our choices in life😀 haha, Happy Noising!

Our life is so uncertain. Steps are like stairway to heaven, feels like unending and sometimes, I don’t know where it heading. So I visited one of the HOLY PLACE. To cast away burdens.😔 But why this “adult period” of life is so hard? I don’t get it, but why I’m always tired with these earthly things and do my job? Exactly a decade, I met again my college friend. We are both busy with our career. She went abroad while I remain settled in our country. Coz I’m not a risk taker 😂 lol Our 5am flight ✈️ was just a beginning of a non stop telling stories! And we laughed all time hahaha we just can’t stop🤭 May this sunrise shines your day too! Got addicted with mountain climbing these days! I did wake up even 2 in the morning just to chase the sunrise.☀️ This was a 30minutes bus ride and for the continuous uphill climb was about 2hours😂 My roomie was kinda slow and was her first time to get sweat with this type of exercise.😁 But atleast, I successfully convinced her! Honestly, this is tiring. But it helps to eliminate my insomnia😂 Got a long sleep when we got home! Haha Happy noising guys!

They called it "UNTOUCHED ISLAND" 🏝 Stories and myths had been infected the minds of people in Philippines 🇵🇭 that SIQUIJOR ISLAND is the scariest place coz it is believe where many sorcerers and witches 🧙♀️ live. Due to my curiosity, I visited the mysterious place during my work break. And Yeah!!! It was a long long travel but atleast I arrived and went home alive!!! hahah Everything that I found was truly an opposite 😂 Hahha. Kinda funny but I am so speechless. Do you have childhood memories that forever made you laugh? With my friends strolling, hungry for a long hours and thinking what to eat, and passed this Japanese restaurant. We were all paused, speechless and pointed to this very wall of resto. haha Obviously, we can relate 😂 No need for word, we entered and ordered. lol Ate and talked a lot on these painted characters😍 Coz there were so many funny stories of us just to watch them.... hahha Happy memories and happy noising to all!

But today, I had learnt something together with these positive friends of mine. We are all empowered women, I can say. But before we reached this level, we've been through a lot of rough surfaces in life too. Our world is so cruel especially if we don't know how to handle it. Have you seen a concrete building with plants on walls? Well, I saw a lot of these in documentary around London or UK areas. But it was my first time seeing this building at my city. In my mind, I like it coz it will help to reduce pollution. I am hoping for more green and green environment. It helps to decrease the temperature which contributes a lot of stress and affects our beauty, I mean, HEALTH. 😁 Anyway, if you want to learn about these green walls, just search in YouTube. I remember those old days where we used to eat a lot of fruit that we called "CACAO" coz we had enough trees in our lawn. Then my mom kept saying and shouting, "Do not throw the seeds and dry them out on the roof." Coz later, we'll grind them to make sikwati.. But funny, my cousin was worried what will happen to our saliva that left on the seeds? 😂😂😂 lol Fast forward in this millennium age, I'm now looking for sikwati or hot chocolate cocoa. Had tried many of it but disappointed coz it's totally different from that old days. Hmp.... Is it lack of saliva?🙄 lol The other day, one of my friend brought a cocoa tablet from their province and invited us for a hot choco rainy night adventure to her room. lol God really send people to help our cravings 😂 So, happy with the taste! Maybe, this kind has saliva mix too. 😂 haha! Kidding. And she bought Krispy kreme donut too. Aiiii. so sweet! What a beautiful soul. Happy noising everyone!

Yes! we did it🤩 After 2years of non fun activities like this. Yesterday, SINULOG FESTIVAL was successful and everyone was so lively! Christians and non-christians cooperated so well and shouted viva pit senyor😂 lol Anyway, we are much distance from the parade route where a lot of public figures participated too. With my friends, went out after our hangover was gone. hahahah But it's already 3pm😂 So, we didn't see any actors and actresses! 😂 But much hours later, crowded double or triple in our location coz people used to party downtown. Ooooh 🥰 I miss so much the crowd, the joy in every face that painted with big smile.😁 Forever thankful for the abundance, guidance and peace. God bless us all people on earth🙏

*Oh no!!! I thought I am single but why so many mouths murmuring if I went home so late?🤭" haha Once upon a time, there were 7-stray cats who usually ate food from our garbages. Felt so pity on them. And so when I recieved OCA-one covid allowance I bought some cat food, and so until now too.😂 Then, they got use to eat dinner outside in our apartment. If I got home so late, I recieved a buzz from these cats coz they were hungry already!😂 Haha, "Ok. ok. behave!!! mommy is here. gosh" LOL Happy noising!!! P. S: The black one is my favorite coz he's so clingy and playful. 😍 And others just lay on the floor when tummy is full😂

It is believe that Sto. Niño de Cebu of Philippines 🇵🇭 is a replica of birth of Jesus Christ in Jerusalem. The feast is celebrated every 3rd sunday of January. To start a 9days novena, we had the so called "Walk with Jesus" where we had a procession for an estimated 2.1km going to the basilica. Though it wasn't easy to wake at 3AM, but still managed to join the said PENANCE. You know, we are sinners and must repent😁 With us are candles, rosaries and the miraculous image of Sr. Sto. Niño. May everyone will walk in this earth with FAITH. Happy noising!

Are you scared to travel in solo? haha. Maybe true, if it is a first time. 😂 Last week, I went home to my province as an early Christmas visit. Due to bad weather or low pressure, I was thinking that my flight will be cancelled. But I got no confirmation from Philippine Airlines and so I rushed into the traffic and rain. I feel bad for the taxi driver too because he tricked me. Kept saying this is a shortcut, but I know it wasn't. Bless are those kind of liars. So, I went out from that cab then ride for a bicycle. Only 5min left when I arrived at the check-in area. That was a horrible experience. Long hours of sitting in the taxi and my running skills was used😂 But still, God is good all the time. When going back to my workplace, still too cloudy and you can see in the last picture clouds are like mountains too. Anyway, if you want a smooth travel, make sure it is a summer.😄 That is my realization. Happy noising you all 😘

ONE BUCKET LIST has been unlocked 🔓 and checked ✅☑️ Canyoneering in Kawasan Falls, Badian Cebu is one of my dream to experience. It is an extreme activity where we are following the flow of the waterfall from the top of the mountain until the base of it. Now, if you are scared of height, I advise not to do it.😂 To finish the canyoneering, you walk on rocks and jump on water coz there is no other way to move forward but jump😂 Haha.. Just close your eyes and scream ahhah Well, that was an awesome experience for me. Able to do what I love. Enjoying the beautiful nature and cruel life. Have fun and happy noising guys!!!!

In relation to my post in noise.app, we travelled to another city by FERRY. Never expect that the port where we arrived is near of the church. We felt guilty if we only pass by. 😂😄 haha. Do you have that kind of feelings too? Like you are oblige😂😂😂. Joke! But as a good Christian, we took time to visit the holy place. Lighted some candle🕯 and pray. What we gonna do when you are living in a kinda exhausted city? Yet, it is surrounded with waters or oceans. To minimize the traffic, they initiated another way to easily transport to another City. And Yes! It is by FERRY ⛴ 😍 Last weekend, we had a memorable experience with my friends. And tickets are cheaper and travelling is hassle free. But air is so salty hahhaah Happy noising!!! 😘

"Blessed are those people who look back on their past."🙏 I was really shocked when a former workmate showed up in my stockroom, handed out these MONEY to me😳 It's from London where she is currently working. So touch🥰 It's so rare to meet a person like this. Never forget the previous employment, the place and all the people. So amazing. 🤩 Feed us at lunchtime and 20 pounds to each all of us. Too late to realise, I should capture all the money before distributing it. But there's still few left😂 I am so happy not because I recieved money, BUT👆 trusted me with the money. That's a big thing! After watching the kdrama entitled "Something in the rain" and with my friends, wanna try the shop too..😂 Funny to see that the student caught in my photo was sleeping instead of studying.😂🤣 hahaha We remember our college days too. It's delicious 😋 I saw this shop in kdrama, since I saw it here in my city better to experience the place too😬 hahha Kinda tiring to stay long hours in the coffee shop.
