Can we live without looking at the clock? it may be very difficult for us to adapt in various aspects of life. When you have trouble getting up in the morning, the most effective solution is to set an alarm clock, according to the time you set. Clock is the most important part in life, you could say the clock is the activity timer for all of us. Time to eat, work, study, and socialize in society, most of us see the clock as a guiding tool. Adjusting the time of the many activities, makes us need a time guide in the form of a clock. There is the most familiar assumption that is often heard by people that "we have to manage time, not time will rule us". In other words, the importance of timing in every activity of life so that all efforts and work can be maximized. In this case, the use of the clock has an indication of everyone's success.

It's no stranger to us talking about clocks, almost everyone already knows about this thing, both children, teenagers, and adults already understand it. However, it is possible for people living in rural areas or certain tribes, to not understand it.

Talking about time measuring devices or clocks, actually from ancient times human civilization has known several time measuring devices. Most of them still use objects from nature as objects to measure and analyze time. As for objects such as the position of the sun, the position of the sun was studied in depth by ancient people to be used as a basis for determining time. In its development, ancient humans began to use time measuring devices by using sand media and glass tubes.

(The clock's transformation continued, when a clock was invented by an astronomer from the Netherlands.)

Christian Huygens, a Dutch astronomer, by combining the principles of Henlein's steel spring with Galileo's pendulum system, succeeded in creating a pendulum clock in 1656. In 1922, Alter G. Cady created the Quartz Clock. This clock utilizes the electric vibrations of the quartz crystal to move the hands.

The clock transformation has made it easier for humans to react to the life of the universe, because almost all activities of human life under the sky require a time measuring device. Humans no longer rely on sun and hourglass objects. We may have a wall clock or have seen one, maybe you are currently wearing a watch. Initially the clock character was analog like clock-making at first, but in its development the clock underwent a transformation from analog to digital.

At first the clock was only used to see the time, but in its development it turns out that using a watch is part of fashion. Some people look more elegant and cool when a watch is pinned on their hand, even the value of a watch is very high because it is influenced by the price. Many well-known companies in the world that produce watches, the price also varies depending on the brand. Interestingly, the watchmaking materials contain precious metals such as gold, silver, and bronze, and there are even diamond-embedded watches. Perhaps, these materials are what make the price of a watch more expensive than the price of a car or house.

Today, some of us may no longer wear watches on our hands or on the walls of our homes. Technological advances have affected the character of clocks, mobile phones, computers, laptops and even cars, motorcycles, planes, ships, trains and other means of transportation. In other words, the clock has been everywhere.

In this case, although the clock has undergone a transformation from time to time, in essence the use of a clock is needed by humans. We move according to the time of day, it can be said that the clock is a means of controlling life. Uniquely, the clock also plays an important role in maintaining human safety. Just imagine if the clock is not enforced on the plane's flight path, maybe many planes will be destroyed in the air due to collisions with other planes, as well as rail transportation. This is a small sample of most of the activities of human life in this universe.

Human dependence on clocks is unavoidable, most human activities are contaminated by time. In this case, the clock plays an important role in the intensity of human activity. The existence of the clock has changed the lifestyle, became a reminder and time measurement tool. Human consistency in developing a more orderly, organized and effective life.
