Investigation | Indications of Natural Disasters or Intentional Factors

It's been almost a day I haven't written, not because I'm lazy but because I have work assignments in the real world that I have to do.

My obligation to serve the community, I must be consistent in my job responsibilities in preventing and taking action when problems occur in the community.

Working as an investigator is a coordinated and structured community service task based on the principles and provisions that have been legally issued through state law.

Yesterday with my team, we reviewed a disaster that occurred in an area, this disaster is an indication of negligence in building construction that is not in accordance with the specified building construction, meaning the development process is not based on the mechanism listed in the development office letter

This review aims to find out whether there is misuse of funds because this building is an asset of the community or the state.

In terms of location, this place is prone to landslides, but it is also possible that there are indications of embezzlement of some of the funds that have been disbursed by the state office. The situation of the location that does not allow it to be used as building land is the trigger for the disaster.

Elements of natural disasters can indeed be included in the indication of damage to a building but also human negligence can also be the main reason for a person or group to take advantage of enriching themselves who consider it selfish.

If this research is included in the category of abuse of authority, then this problem will be followed up with a process of action based on the applicable rules.
