Good Morning

The cool weather seemed to be less cooler today. I only wish the coolness continues and the temperature drops further. How nice that would be. It’s only January, anyways. We can still have a solid winter.

Talking of the weather, it is indeed a good time to go for a run. I wished I could have, but I couldn’t. So, I chose my dumbbells instead. I took some time to get going with my exercises. But something or the other kept coming up until I finished it in the afternoon.

So, what was my regime like?

I almost had a cross-fit training with my weights, planks, and calisthenics. It was a great experience, and I intend to do more of these if I am exercising at home. Since planks and calisthenics came into play, the entire body was exercised. However, with the dumbbells, I was focusing on my arms, shoulders, and back. I loved the intensity.

Once done, I had to hop on to a few of my chores. But then I was back to complete the regime with my trusted Ho’oponopono. I did a few sessions and was back to my work. Here is my write-up on Ho’oponopono for those interested to know more.

Did You Know?

Okay, this is one of the unexpected records but interesting nonetheless. The fun part is not many of you would know about it. Did you know there is a record for going up a flight of stairs with a person on your head? Yeah, there is.

Giang Quoc Nghiep and Giang Quoc Co, both brothers, hold the record. The brother went up 100 stairs while balancing the other on his head. The record was created on 23rd December 2021. The Vietnam nationals went up 100 stairs in just 53.6 seconds.
