Fitness: 9th April 2022 + A Did You Know Fitness Question

Good Morning

It was another morning where I could get up early enough to get in for a run before the sunrise. 😊 I keep thinking if I would instead go out in the night for the run, but then the vehicle traffic would be too much for me to have a peaceful run. Late-night? Not sure. I wouldn't be game for it right now. Maybe in the future.

Now that I am sticking to my early morning run schedule, I got to make it as early as possible. I love the consistent runs I could do over the past three days, and I intend to extend it further.

How do I plan to extend further?

I plan to extend by running today as well, which I did. I went for close to eight-and-a-half kilometers. Considering the seven kilometers I did over the last couple of days, I did well to do the third day in succession. Let's see if I can keep up tomorrow.

I did a couple of kilometers of walking, making it a total of ten kilometers. Tomorrow being Sunday, I will just go out and take it from there. Maybe, a run, or perhaps a walk, we will find out in the morning. 😊

Once I reached home, I did some weights and some stress training. To wind up, I completed the morning with a few Ho'oponopono sessions. For those wanting to learn more about Ho'oponopono, here is my write-up on the topic.

Formula 1 is a sport that constantly shatters all speed records for the fastest and most versatile cars on the track. Road cars don't stand a chance. Every now and then, the drivers of these cars also make it to the record books.

Max Verstappen, the current Drivers World Champion, holds one such record. Max holds the record for the youngest driver ever to have won a race. The race in question was the Spanish Grand Prix held in 2016. Max, the winner, was just 18 years and 228 days at that race. That's just above the legal driving age in most countries.

This is one record certified by Guinness as well. Way to go, Maxxy! 😊
