Good Morning

Today morning the rains were in an accommodative mood, so it was just drizzles that I had to contend with. That meant I could go out for a walk but not a run. And I did just that.

It wouldn't be much of an issue to run, but for the roads having small tracts of standing water. To go around such a patch with oncoming traffic is asking for too much. So, the more sensible thing is to go walking.

What did my schedule look like today?

The morning walk was reasonable and something I was yearning for over the last few days. A walk or run is always the best way to clear my mind, and it works every time. Today was no exception, as I did about three kilometers.

Once I was back, I tried to get on with my weights, but there was hardly any time. So, I could focus only on my arms and left it at that. Hmm.. more will be done tomorrow. 😊

Winding up was with a half-hour meditation session and Ho'oponopono. Here is my write-up on the topic for those wanting to learn more about Ho'oponopono.

Zydrunas Savickas of Lithuania holds the record for the Fastest Power Steps. Fastest power steps refers to the activity of carrying three 225 kg weights separately over a flight of five stairs in the quickest time.

Zydrunas carried the three weights over the five steps in 31.6 seconds. The record was set on 26th June 2014 in Milan, Italy.

Zydrunas also holds the title of 2014 World's Strongest Man. That's some enviable list of records! 😊
