Fitness: 8th April 2022 + A Did You Know Fitness Question
Good Morning
Yesterday, after my seven-kilometer run, I was feeling tired a lot. I mentioned that in my article yesterday, and could be many reasons from me just recovering from ill-health or the fact that it has got a lot warmer in the morning. Either way, I wanted to try it out again today to check if the tiredness was one-off or recurring.
To eliminate options, I drank a lot of water before going for the run. That way, even if the weather is warmer, I should be fine. Also, to ensure consistency, I followed the same route and all flyovers on the way. Hmm, so what was the outcome?
Let's find out.
I ran nearly seven and a half kilometers which was a shade over yesterday's distance. And how did I feel? I was much better than yesterday, but some amount of tiredness remained. At this point, I will have to assume it is just about getting used to the run once again. So, I will try the same distance or a tad longer tomorrow. Let's see how things unfold. Feeling excited already. 😊
Once home, I did not want to push myself too much, so I kept the weight training to a minimum. Today's focus was only arms, and I stayed away from resistance and stress training. Again, it is a matter of a day or a couple. I should be back in full flow very soon.
The low energy did not keep me off Ho'oponopono, and I followed a few mind-clearing sessions. For those wanting to learn more about Ho'oponopono, here is my write-up on the topic.

Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.
Namaste.

Did You Know?
Formula 1 is a sport that constantly shatters all speed records for the fastest and most versatile cars on the track. Road cars don't stand a chance. Every now and then, the drivers of these cars also make it to the record books.
Max Verstappen, the current Drivers World Champion, holds one such record. Max holds the record for the youngest driver ever to have won a race. The race in question was the Spanish Grand Prix held in 2016. Max, the winner, was just 18 years and 228 days at that race. That's just above the legal driving age in most countries.
This is one record certified by Guinness as well. Way to go, Maxxy! 😊
