Good Morning

Today morning was one of the rush-rush days. My daughter had to be dropped at school for her basketball coaching, and later wife had to be dropped at her Zumba class while I had to fit my schedule between these two. And the fun part is everything happens between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m. So, how do I fit my regime in between?

Okay, here's how. I got up at 5 a.m. and woke my daughter at 5:20 a.m. for her class at 6:10 a.m. In the meantime, I went for a walk and a small run. I came back at 5:55 a.m. and dropped her off at school. Now, once I was back, I went for another run. Then I returned at 6:55 a.m. and dropped off my wife for her class at 7 a.m. And then I went home for some weights exercise and to run a few errands. By 8 a.m. I went back to pick up my wife and get her back home. Then started the serious work of the day. 😊

But before that, what did I do in the non-serious fitness side of my life?

Now that you'll know about the time split I worked on, here's what I did. I walked and ran the first slot. The total distance would have been roughly three kilometers. Then I walked some more with a few Ho'oponopono sessions in the second slot. At that point, I would have covered approximately three kilometers again.

The time slot that I had between dropping my wife and picking her up, I used effectively for weights. Today I kept the overall time to a minimum but maintained high-intensity multiple-rep rounds. It was like doing cardio with weights. I loved it.

Since I had already done some Ho'oponopono sessions earlier, I had very little to do after my weights. But then, there were indeed a few things I had to knock down with Ho'oponopono, and that is what I did. I was mighty pleased with my fast and furious morning! 😊

Here's my write-up on the topic for those interested in knowing about Ho'oponopono.

Have fun reading and practicing.

Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.

Namaste.

Did You Know?

Okay, this is one of the unexpected records but interesting nonetheless. The fun part is not many of you would know about it. Did you know there is a record for going up a flight of stairs with a person on your head? Yeah, there is.

Giang Quoc Nghiep and Giang Quoc Co, both brothers, hold the record. The brother went up 100 stairs while balancing the other on his head. The record was created on 23rd December 2021. The Vietnam nationals went up 100 stairs in just 53.6 seconds.

Have a look at the video here:

The question is - can we go up 100 stairs in 53.6 seconds? Forget about the load on the head. 😊
