Fitness: 7th January 2024 + A Did You Know Fitness Question
Good Morning
Sunday is a good day for a run and that is what I had planned. However, I got up too late for a run. I could have taken the day off, but I couldn’t get myself to accept a no-exercise day. So, I planned to exercise at home.
Such a plan requires my trusted ally – my dumbbells. Since the weather was cold, I did not have to worry too much about sweating. I got pumping like crazy. So, what did I do today?
I focused on my back, abs, shoulders, and arms. Yes, all of them together. Because I have been going to the gym and pumping heavier weights than my dumbbells at home, it seems far easier to do it at home. So, the only thing to pump myself up was to keep it high-intensity.
I ensured that I did sets with many reps and quickly moved on to the next set without breaks. That did the trick. The high-intensity workout with hardly any breaks kept my heart rate high. It was close to my gym schedule, if not the same. I was happy.
A happy morning does not end without a few sessions of Ho’oponopono. I used it in five different areas. Here is a write-up on Ho’oponopono for those interested to know more.

Have fun reading and practicing.
Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.
Namaste.

Did You Know?
Okay, this is one of the unexpected records but interesting nonetheless. The fun part is not many of you would know about it. Did you know there is a record for going up a flight of stairs with a person on your head? Yeah, there is.
Giang Quoc Nghiep and Giang Quoc Co, both brothers, hold the record. The brother went up 100 stairs while balancing the other on his head. The record was created on 23rd December 2021. The Vietnam nationals went up 100 stairs in just 53.6 seconds.
Have a look at the video here:
The question is - can we go up 100 stairs in 53.6 seconds? Forget about the load on the head.
