Good Morning

Today, I could manage my regular four-and-a-half-kilometer run. I am happy that my regular outdoor activity is a run, and it is at least four kilometers. That, to me, is still better than a walk. I am not against walks, but when it is possible, I would love to run.

Since I was working through the night, I noticed that the weather remained dry all through, and just about 4 a.m. it started pouring cats and dogs. Man, it was like the Almighty wanted me to stay indoors. 😊 By 5 a.m., the rains had eased out and by 6 a.m., it was just wet roads. So, I ventured out.

So, what did my regime look like today?

After my run, I walked for two kilometers to cool down. Since the roads were wet, it was easy to walk. Thankfully, throughout my run or walk, I did not encounter much puddles. My energy levels were high by the time I reached home, and I got going with the dumbbells. I chose a high-intensity workout focusing on my abs and back. As I mentioned in one of my earlier posts, I am working towards an eight-pack by 15th December. I am quite confident it will be done.

I am starting with the gym tomorrow. That’s something I am doing after eight years. While my trusted dumbbells stay, the gym is always a welcome thing. With all the equipment and weights, it’s gonna be a great morning. 😊

Anyway, I wound my morning regime with a few sessions of Ho’oponopono. Here is my write-up on the topic for those wanting to know more about Ho’oponopono.

Have fun reading and practicing.

Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.

Namaste.

😊

Did You Know?

About a year back, I had written about the abdominal plank record belonging to George Hood of the USA. The timing was an impressive and astounding 8 hours 15 minutes and 15 seconds. What is even more astounding is that this is not the record anymore.

Daniel Scali of Australia is the new abdominal plank record holder. Daniel stayed in the plank position for 9 hours 30 minutes and 1 second. That’s more than an hour over the previous record.

Both George and Daniel are people to look up to, as George was 62 years old when he made his record, while Daniel has Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), leaving his left arm in constant pain!

Respect!
