Good Morning

My late-night work seems to be taking a toll on my early morning schedule and it is more and more visible now. I can work late at night and still go for my early morning jogs, but the better half feels that I am pushing it too much. Well, maybe. So, I decided that I would finish my work at the earliest and get a good night's sleep and then start with my morning schedule.

But what about today? I did not get to go out after all. I had to get a bit smarter with the time I had and I did. The focus remained on mind exercises and some weights.

What did I do?

Since it was 7 a.m. by the time I got up, I finished a few quick chores and went back for a small meditation session. It was about 20 minutes. After that, I still had some time, so I went out for a walk and did some brisk walking for about half an hour. Once home, I got on with my weights for fifteen minutes. Once again, the exercises were brisk and quick; in a way, cardio too. However, weights are something I will be doing more during the day. I ensure that I take advantage of working from home. I keep dumbbells close to my workspace. When I get bored or distracted, I take up my dumbbells and give a three-minute pump. After that, I am back to work. It has worked wonders for me. 😊

I couldn’t complete my morning schedule without a good session of Ho’oponopono. I did about one hour of the same and though, I got up late, I ended up covering everything I wanted to do. I am happy. Here is my write-up on the topic for those wanting to know more about Ho'oponopono.

Have fun reading and practicing.

Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.

Namaste.

Did You Know?

Okay, this is one of the unexpected records but interesting nonetheless. The fun part is not many of you would know about it. Did you know there is a record for going up a flight of stairs with a person on your head? Yeah, there is.

Giang Quoc Nghiep and Giang Quoc Co, both brothers, hold the record. The brother went up 100 stairs while balancing the other on his head. The record was created on 23rd December 2021. The Vietnam nationals went up 100 stairs in just 53.6 seconds.

Have a look at the video here:

The question is - can we go up 100 stairs in 53.6 seconds? Forget about the load on the head. 😊
