Good Morning

I am back after some time, though my fitness regime continued unabated. The summer heat is taking a toll on my running distance, but it is still fun. The sun is up by 6 a.m., so I really have to plan my run, way before that. But then again, the air is not too different as it still is warm.

Anyway, I will continue to run. Pretty sure that my body will get used to the heat or better still, the monsoons would be around and it would be cooler in the morning. Of course, monsoons present their own challenge but still better than the heat.

So, what did I do today?

I was out for the run at 6 a.m. and as I had mentioned earlier it was quite bright outside. I did a four-and-a-half-kilometer but the second half of the run, the sun was all out and I was sweating like crazy. It was good. You cannot deny the fact that the high we get at the end of the run is just next level. It is indeed fun.

At home, I continued my interspersed dumbbells regime. That is, instead of spending some number of hours in the morning, I keep interspersing it with my work. There would be time between work when I would get up and do two-to-three minutes of dumbbell workouts and then I get back to work. There should be some advantage of working from home, after all. 😊

Anyway, before I leave, Ho’oponopono still is my trusted energy exercise to go to. You can do some good for yourself too. Here is my write-up on the topic for those wanting to know more about Ho'oponopono.

Have fun reading and practicing.

Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.

Namaste.

😊

Did You Know?

Okay, this is one of the unexpected records but interesting nonetheless. The fun part is not many of you would know about it. Did you know there is a record for going up a flight of stairs with a person on your head? Yeah, there is.

Giang Quoc Nghiep and Giang Quoc Co, both brothers, hold the record. The brother went up 100 stairs while balancing the other on his head. The record was created on 23rd December 2021. The Vietnam nationals went up 100 stairs in just 53.6 seconds.

Have a look at the video here:

The question is - can we go up 100 stairs in 53.6 seconds? Forget about the load on the head. 😊
