Fitness: 1st October 2023 + A Did You Know Fitness Question
Good Morning
Today I went for the longest I ran in the last couple of months. It was a nine-kilometer run and somehow took my breath away. For the last one kilometer, I was just walking and not running. I felt a bit tired so did not push anymore.
The weather was all good and cooperative. I had no problems with the rain. Only after I reached home did I see the rain pouring down. It was like it waited for me to finish the run. 😊
So, what did my regime look like today?
As I mentioned, I did a nine-kilometer run but was a bit exhausted as I reached home. I am not sure what happened, but it was unusual to be tired after just nine kilometers. I did walk back, which kind of, allowed me to cool down.
Once home, I did not want to sit and lose the exercising mood, so I got going with my dumbbells. I did five sets of arms and two sets of abs. Then I took some time for meditation. I needed that and felt rejuvenated. After that, I did what I had been saying I would do. I went to my nearest gym and enrolled myself. I will be starting from 3rd October. Yay!!
To wind up, I went back to my trusted Ho’oponopono. Here is my write-up on the topic for those wanting to know more about Ho’oponopono.

Have fun reading and practicing.
Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.
Namaste.

Did You Know?
About a year back, I had written about the abdominal plank record belonging to George Hood of the USA. The timing was an impressive and astounding 8 hours 15 minutes and 15 seconds. What is even more astounding is that this is not the record anymore.
Daniel Scali of Australia is the new abdominal plank record holder. Daniel stayed in the plank position for 9 hours 30 minutes and 1 second. That’s more than an hour over the previous record.
Both George and Daniel are people to look up to, as George was 62 years old when he made his record, while Daniel has Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), leaving his left arm in constant pain!
Respect!
