Good Morning

An early morning walk on rain-soaked tracks is not bad. The weather has become cooler because of the rain, which is precisely how I like it. But today, I went in reverse order. I did weights and stress training first and then went out for a walk.

Yesterday I was a bit pumped up, so I did some weights during the night. Talk about inspiration and motivation. 😊 Anyway, I think I was in the momentum and went on for weights even in the morning. Hmm.. not a bad sequence.

What did I do after that?

The morning excursion was good, with a combination of running and walking. I know I did a total of five kilometers but not sure how much of that was run or walk. The reason was that I walked the wet patch and ran the dry ones. I can only estimate that I would have walked more than run.

Did You Know?

Okay, this is one of the unexpected records but interesting nonetheless. The fun part is not many of you would know about it. Did you know there is a record for going up a flight of stairs with a person on your head? Yeah, there is.

Giang Quoc Nghiep and Giang Quoc Co, both brothers, hold the record. The brother went up 100 stairs while balancing the other on his head. The record was created on 23rd December 2021. The Vietnam nationals went up 100 stairs in just 53.6 seconds.
