Good Morning

Following up on my four-kilometer run yesterday, I did another four-odd kilometers today. Something is wrong with my mobile tracker, as it just switches off during my run. It has happened thrice now, and I don’t get the exact run distance.

Anyway, the tracker is good to have, but it is the run that matters. It was one more dry day today, and that meant, I could run at my regular pace. How much was my pace? Well, the tracker would have got that had it been running.

So, how did my morning routine look?

The morning started with my usual subliminal routine. I couldn’t get on with my meditation, and I kept it for later in the day. At around 6:25 a.m. I left for my run. I took three flyovers on the way and did roughly four and a half kilometers. I can only estimate that it took roughly thirty minutes to complete the run.

Once home, I had some time and plugged into my subliminal playlist. While the subliminal was on, I also tried my hands on weights. I just did about fifteen minutes of arms. Then finally, I also got in a few sessions of Ho’oponopono. Here is my write-up on the topic for those wanting to know more about Ho'oponopono.

Have fun reading and practicing.

Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.

Namaste.

Did You Know?

About a year back, I had written about the abdominal plank record belonging to George Hood of the USA. The timing was an impressive and astounding 8 hours 15 minutes and 15 seconds. What is even more astounding is that this is not the record anymore.

Daniel Scali of Australia is the new abdominal plank record holder. Daniel stayed in the plank position for 9 hours 30 minutes and 1 second. That’s more than an hour over the previous record.

Both George and Daniel are people to look up to, as George was 62 years old when he made his record, while Daniel has Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), leaving his left arm in constant pain!

Respect!
