I would like to take part in this important and useful contest about our health, how to increase immunity naturally. I think I have something to say on this important issue. My life experience is quite extensive and I see how my ways help to keep my health in pleasant condition.
I'll start with the fact that I have a weak genotype, so the doctor determined when he did tests on the iris of the eyes. And this is true. My mother had a hypertensive heart disease, survived 4 heart attacks. And when I was 9 years old, my mother was in the hospital with a heart attack and her attending cardiologist told my mother that "if you continue to worry and get upset about any minor case, you risk dying, and your young daughter will remain an orphan".
And after these words, which I heard 51 years ago, I decided I would never get sick the way my mother was sick. I do not know how this will affect the brain, but perhaps then I programmed it for a healthy life. I somehow believe that this was an important factor in my life.
Again, all my life, I kept my health good. For example, I was engaged in * * 5 years of pouring ice water in the morning and evening, 2 times a day**. I poured a huge bucket of ice water over my head, dried my hair, and went to work. When you pour a bucket of water on yourself, only for the first second you feel uncomfortable, icy water flows down your back, you are cold, but at the same moment the internal heat that comes from inside your body is fire. The blood circulates at a crazy speed and you are already hot.
This procedure gives you an enormous boost of energy, the blood circulates well in your blood vessels; they are clean, there are no cholesterol plaques, your body prolongs your life for a long time. If it was in winter, then before dousing, I walked barefoot in the snow at a temperature of-20 degrees. My legs were burning red, and I never had a cold or flu. Thanks to the dousing, I cured spinal osteochondrosis, because for many years I walked with a stoop, I was very tall...
Then, as I got older, I decided I needed to accumulate calcium every day so that I wouldn't get osteoporosis later. I've been making cottage cheese for breakfast every day for almost 15 years. It is very useful for health. You do not need any pills. The system of accumulating calcium naturally is important: consume dairy products every day.
For the last 3 years, I've been drinking smoothies every day. I use only seasonal fresh fruit in the summer; it is always berries from my garden-strawberries and raspberries. In autumn-watermelons, melons, apples, pears. I buy them only at the market from farmers who grow these fruits in their own gardens. And throughout the year, the basis of all my daily smoothies is fresh orange juice + banana + seasonal fruit. I believe that this helps my body to be healthy so far, even though I am already many years old. I also eat a lot of nuts. And yes, all summer I grow my vegetables and eat them only fresh.
For the last 5 months, my girlfriend and I took walks in the fresh air every day, every day for 10,000 steps, which is about 6-7 kilometers. I noticed that it also gives a boost of energy and health.
And then there is a method that I once read about in a magazine. One Russian academic scientist told how he treats himself. I tried it on myself and have been using this method for about 25 years. For example, if something hurts me either my side is pricked, or my leg, or my stomach... I talk to this body, explain that you understand, now covid19, where I will go, i can't go to the hospital, there are patients, doctors do not accept, what should I do? Calm down already and do not disturb me, while my hands are lying where there is a little pain..
If the pain does not subside, for example, then I order - don't hurt, don't disturb me! This method has been working for me for 25 years! Sometimes I get the impression that by giving a signal to my brain, it reacts to these signals, hears them, and executes them. I do not know how it works, but it really works. Maybe my faith makes my complete body obey?
In conclusion, I want to say that throughout my life I practically do not drink any pills, medicines; I am against all this. Only natural herbs, tea with ginger and lemon, honey, all this works well. I don't know any headache pills; I don't have any. I try to be always positive; I listen to classical music a lot; I enjoy it. And I can say for sure that my immunity has always been good.
