*** Recipe: Katla fish kalia
Katla fish fry, broth or roast is always cooked. But have you ever eaten this fish kalia? This dish is as easy to cook as it is delicious. Let's not know how to make this recipe ....
* 5 pieces of catla fish (one size 200-300 grams)
* 3 small onions
* 2 medium tomatoes
* 1 inch ginger
* 8-9 Kwa Garlic
* 8 green chillies
* 1 handful of raisins
* 3 bay leaves
* 4 hours of dried pepper
* For frying whole hot spices as required
* 3 tablespoons mustard oil
* 5 tablespoons sour yogurt
* 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
* 3 teaspoons cashmere red dried chilli powder
* 1 teaspoon coriander powder
* 1 teaspoon cumin powder
* 1/2 teaspoon hot spice powder
* Like the amount of salt
* A little sugar
* 1 cup hot water
*** Preparation:
* Wash the fish well, add salt, turmeric and dried chilli powder and leave it for 10 minutes to marinate. Then heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish well.
* In the remaining oil, chop onion, ginger, garlic, 5 green chillies and fry for 3 minutes. If the onion is light in color, mix well with chopped tomatoes and raisins and stir in oil for another 3 minutes.
* Then when it is cold, make a mixture in a blender. Again, fry the whole hot spices, bay leaves and dried chillies in a pan with a little oil. Reduce the heat in the oven and mix the oil with turmeric and Kashmiri chilli powder. The color of the cooking is very good.
* Then the mixture made in a blender should be well drained. If necessary, you can give a little water. In another bowl, mix cumin, coriander powder and hot spice powder with beaten sour curd and beat well.This mixture should be drained with a fork. Add salt and a little sugar to taste. Cover and cook for 7 minutes.
* After 6 minutes, when the spices are added, add 1 cup of hot water and let the gravy boil. Then leave the fried fish. Add a few green chillies to make it look nice.
* Cover again and let it cook for 6 minutes on low heat. This time serve it with hot white rice, polao or fried rice.
