What is ReadCash?
Read.cash is a blogging platform similar to Medium, Blogger, Tumblr where you publish articles with images or videos and earn some money in some ways, the only difference is that payment from readcash is blockchain based and your articles are paid upfront thru tips with bitcoincash.
ReadCash Account Registration
Signing up for an account in read.cash is pretty simple and basic anyone can do so in few minutes you just need to click register, enter username you want, enter your e-mail address, create and confirm password and you’re good to go.
Just a little reminder, your USERNAME and E-MAIL address is permanent and you can’t change it so make sure you use an active and working e-mail address that you have access to and use a username you’re satisfied with.
And another reminder, make sure you read and understand introduction popup messages and reminders during registration like rules, seed phrases, etc as this will help you keep your account safe and clean.
Securing Wallet
Upon signing up, the platform automatically generates a bitcoincash online wallet that will only exist in your browser and this is where your earnings are stored that’s why it’s important to secure it, here’s what you need to do:
1. Backup Your Wallet Seed Phrases
Your seed phrase is shown during registration, you need to copy and store it safely, the best and safest way to do it is to write it manually in a paper. Or if you skipped writing it down during registration, you can go over the three dash line on the top right corner > click on backup wallet to retrieve the 12 seed phrase. It is of utmost importance not to lose the 12 seed words as it is used for recovery purposes. You use the seed phrase to recover your web wallet if you accidentally lost your device or you use it to login on another device or when you forgot your password and you need to reset it. One more thing, NEVER EVER REVEAL YOUR WALLET SEED PHRASE to other people as your money will be stolen. If you do, say goodbye to your money balance. You need to understand that when you forgot or lost your seed phrase you can not recover your money balance.
2. Verify Your Email
Email verification/confirmation is also important for password reset. If you skipped it during registration, go to my account in Menu and Re-send verification email, a code will be sent to your registered email, just enter the code and it’s done!
The Rules
The platform has simple rules which I believed you read during the sign-up process and every user need to follow to avoid getting banned.
No posting of illegal contents especially illegal according to European Union
No posting hate-filled content, no name-calling, trash-talking, personal attacks or insults
No posting porn, erotic, or sexuality contents
No plagiarism, no spamming
Can you have more than one account?

Getting Started/ Familiarizing with the Site
Okay, the next step after understanding the rules and securing your wallet would be to explore the site. There’s a lot of things you can do to get use to the site like:
Exploring menus and features on the homepage by clicking and reading them one by one
Set up your profile bio
Joining communities based on your interests
Read articles and learn or get inspiration on how to write your very own article
But if you are eager to write just after signing up, you can go ahead and write a short introduction post about yourself.
The Payment Reward
You are probably wondering how users get rewarded? Here are four ways to earn by publishing articles thru this platform.
1. Getting Tipped by the Random Rewarder Bot
The RandomRewarder is an AI deployed by the platform to rank users, articles and short post and tip articles/short post according to the result. However, not all articles/short post are tipped make sure that your content is liked by the RandomRewarder. The random rewarder may tip three days after article is published or sooner and the amount depends on how interesting your article is.
2. Getting Tipped by Subscriber/ Supporter
If someone likes your content he/she can upvote you with tips. Having subscribers is a plus but not required when you just got started. Be consistent and you will eventually get subscribers.
3.Sponsorship
Writing really good and interesting articles and being consistent will help attract sponsors. Tips from sponsors are given every month.
4. Affiliate Program
You get 3% of all the spending and earning of users who signed up using your affiliate link. If you have friends and relatives who loves to write invite them 😊. Inviting is not a must but it can be a bonus earning.
The Payment Method
Where and how to withdraw your earnings? You can basically withdraw your bitcoincash to wallets that support bitcoincash like Binance, Trustwallet, Badger, etc. I live in the Philippines so the best option to withdraw bitcoincash is thru coins.ph which is very convenient to convert Bitcoincash to Peso. Alright so I’ll withdraw my balance from my abandoned account and show you how to withdraw and proof as well if this platform is legit and paying.
How to Withdraw from Read.cash to Coins.ph?
Step 1. Click wallet or Menu then go to Send Money
Step 2. Enter amount you want to cash out and then the bitcoincash wallet address from coins.ph
How to get Bitcoincash address from coins.ph?
Click the BCH button
Click receive and click show BCH address
Note: You can only send BCHN to this address.
Step 3. Copy and paste it to read.cash
Step 4. Put ''bitcoincash:'' before the address with no space and click send.
That's it :) You can check transaction status thru the popup link.
Now, the question is, Did I receive the bitcoincash sent? The answer is YES! After almost 2 hrs, I received it in my Coins.ph wallet.
How to Convert Bitcoincash to Peso?
Click the Crypto Button and click convert
Then Select which crypto you want to convert and the amount
and if you're satisfied with the conversion rate you can go ahead and slide to convert and it's done. The market is pretty bloody at the moment so I'm not actually converting my BCH.
MY LAST THOUGHTS
Read.cash is accessible to both PC, Laptop and mobile browsers so its pretty much available to anyone who wants to write and earn extra money. This platform can be a good place to share what you think is interesting or practice writing since it is multi category, there's a community for different types of interests like photography, music, blockchain technology, etc. while earning extras during this pandemic. Though you can earn money in this platform but it is not enough to let you quit your job, just take it as monetizing your free time writing articles. Another thing that I like with this platform and one of the reason why I'm using it again is that users can get paid without having lots of subscribers, sponsors or affiliates with just your effort. Yes, it needs effort to write articles but that's just how it is. Thru observations you can estimate how much a user earns a day by reading others articles and checking their tips and get inspired with it. All in all how much you earn in one article depends on how much effort you put in it. Be consistent and make it a habit to share your articles to you social media accounts to get subscribers or attract potential sponsors and affiliates.
