Making Pizza at Home

In this article, I would like to share with you the pizza recipe that I prepared for dinner yesterday.

Materials
-5 cups of flour
-1 pack of instant yeast (or half a pack of fresh yeast)
-1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
-Half a tablespoon of salt
-4 tablespoons of olive oil
-2 cups of warm water

For Sauce;
-2 cups tomato sauce
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-1 teaspoon of dried basil
-1 teaspoon of thyme

For the above;
-Cheddar cheese
-Sausage
-Dried Meat
-Tomato
-Mushroom
-Corn
-Capsicum pepper
-Pickled Olives
-Green pepper

You can add or remove the ingredients you want according to your taste.

Recipe

First, let's mix warm water, sugar and yeast well, then add olive oil, salt and flour and continue mixing. Let's get a soft dough that does not stick to the hand. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes.

Let's open the top of the dough and take the dough on the counter where we sprinkled flour.

Let's collect it again with our hands and take the air, then divide it into 3 equal parts.

Let's turn the piece we cut into a meringue and roll it with the help of a roller on the counter where we sprinkle flour. Sprinkle lightly with flour
You can ensure that it does not stick to the roller.

Let's check the size of the dough before putting it on the tray. Let's prepare by laying baking paper on a normal baking tray. Let's make holes on the entire surface of our dough with the help of a fork so that the dough will not rise while baking.

Let's put the pizza tray in the preheated 200° oven and cook our dough for 10 minutes under control. While the dough is cooking, let's add tomato sauce, olive oil, dried basil and thyme for the sauce of the pizza and mix it well.
Let's take our half-cooked dough from the oven and spread the sauce we prepared on it. If we rub it well towards the edges, it will brown better on the edges. Let's put a lot of grated cheddar cheese on the tomato sauce.
Let's add sliced sausage, dried meat, sliced tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, sliced olives and corn kernels on it. Finally, let's put our pizza back in the oven and let it cook for 20 more minutes in the oven at 200 °.
Our pizza is ready to be served, the ingredients on it are well cooked. Bon Appetit :)
