Today is the weekend night and I am pretty tired because of my new semester and final practicals and vivas that are attached to me like a leech.
by thinking about it I lost my mental strength and I know everyone has this month pretty tiring I don't know about other countries but in my country. The month of March represents a papers month and every student feels pressured and burdened.
exam pressure makes us become disciplined so we can overcome our papers anxiety. Every student near the exam is trying to find out how to become self-disciplined and how can we increase our mental strength.
Here are some points that will help you to find your discipline and mental strength.
If you are working in an uncomfortable position and environment that will distract your mind and body to concentrate on a designed task and work you will feel your energy draining and your body feel exhausted.
so make yourself comfortable, especially with the work that you are going to do and the environment in which you are going to complete the assigned task.
Get rid of any kind of disturbance that you feel that it gains your attention more than your work, so you will be able to do your work effortlessly and in a successful way.
If you are surrounded by negativity, avoid it. How we are surrounded by negativity. Firstly the negativity inside us that we can't do it. motivate yourself that you are chosen to do work because you are good at it. Accept it and remove your negative thinking.
The next negative vibes we get from our surroundings. In our surroundings, we come into contact with negative people and negative circumstances that will lose our courage.
Avoid it by all means because it will decrease your mental strength. We have to maintain our mental strength to become established and to reach our certain goal.
