here's my new article about diet food.

hope you like it😊

1/2 avocado

2slices bacon(slightly fried)

1oz grated cheddar cheese

2tbsp balsamic dressing

1/2 cooked chicken breast(marinated w/salt,pepper and garlic powder)

1 hard boiled egg

1 tomato or 4 grape tomatoes

2oz spring mix greens...

procedure;

place spring mix greens on a plate,mix with the balsamic dressing. top with the scliced chicken,bacon,hard boiled egg,cheddar cheese and avocado.

thats it! as simple as that😉😊

ay,pwede sya ibahin sir. pwede imbentohan...hehe.... pwede nimong buhaton instead nga balsamic vinegar nlang,ang cheddar is.optional pwede ka mogamit ug bisan unsa lng nga cheese,ug wala. ok lng sya sir,masarap pa din. and pwede pud bulad imong ibutang instead nga bacon. hehe....
