hello👋 to those wants a fit and healthy body. i just want to share you guys some of my diet foods. i'll start to give you the easy and simple diet snack as i started making an article here😊😉

so here's the ingredients;

1/4oz chive & onion cream cheese spread

1/4tsp dijon mustard

2 hard cooked eggs

preperations;

cut half the egg and separate the yolks.

mash egg yolks in medium bowl with fork.

add cream cheese spread and mustard;mix well.

fill whites with the yolk mixture you made.
