And our planet's surface is 71 percent covered by water, yet, some of us not consuming a lot of water or did not reach the amount of water daily intake.

Adult humans are 60 percent water, and our blood is 90 percent water.
There is no universally agreed quantity of water that must be consumed daily.
When dehydrated, the skin can become more vulnerable to skin disorders and wrinkling.
Drinking water instead of soda can help with weight loss.
Drinking water every day helps us to get rid of any kidney failure and dehydration. Dehydration happens if we use and lose more water than the body takes in. It can lead to an imbalance in the body’s electrolytes. The kidneys keep the levels of electrolytes in the body stable when they function properly.
We need fluid for our bodies to function properly cause every time we do movement water in our body reduces or any activities such as; walking, running, or even urination and sweating.
What we should do if we're out of water?
Juices and milk is also a good source of fluid, they also having good content of nutrients, coffee and beer are not recommended cause they contain empty calories or any content that can harm you instead of keeping hydrated.
Soda is not also a good call because we all know that it's a lot of sugar as well as calories and carbs. Water is a real thing it's also a big help for weight loss.

There is no fixed amount of water that must be consumed daily, but there is general agreement on what a healthy fluid intake is.
According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, the average recommended daily intake of water from both food and drink is:
For men: Around 3.7 liters or 125 ounces
For women: Around 2.7 liters or 91 ounces

Drink a lot of water not because you are thirsty, Drink Water because you love yourself.
I noticed that I lost weight after drinking a lot of water these past few weeks. I am not happy to it because my goal is to gain weight 😆 Any advice?
