Hi, today I'm gonna show you the three different types of bodies and I'm pretty sure that you are probably one of these.
ECTOMORPH - Lean, tall, and long, fast metabolism, with difficulty building muscle.
Example: Basketball Player, found it hard to gain muscle and fat due to fast metabolism.
To achieve desire bodyweight with gain muscle at the same time. I recommend taking food that high on carbs, calories, and protein.
(Exercise and workout is a must)
MESOMORPH - Well defined body, muscular, fast metabolism, easy to build muscle.
Example: Athlete with Athletic body. They are also called "The gifted" well muscle built, muscular, the shoulder are tough.
This type of body requires maintenance or it's up to them if they want to get more bulk and massive.
If the goal is to get bulk, I recommend taking more carbs, protein, fats, and calories. Also, do lift heavy loads.
If the goal is to get lean, Reduce the carbs intake, fats, and calories. I suggest doing more HIIT and Cardio+Lift with a lot of repetitions.
ENDOMORPH - Big, high body fat percentage, often pear-shaped, Slow metabolism.
Example: Fat and rounded body, Obese. They found themselves having a bad time with losing weight because their metabolism is slow.
Obviously the goal of this body type is to get lean, lose weight, and gain muscle.
Recommend food intake is food that high on protein, low carbs, sugar, fats, and sodium. They must do a Strict diet plus track the food calorie intake...
