Pinoy's love giving funny names to many things, and including foods, and this is an example. Tenga ng baboy or "pigs ears" and refers to skewered marinated pieces of sliced pigs ears, but knowned as "walkman" in honor of Sony's iconic cassette player. Pigs ears have a unique texture that many love it, its a little chewy and gumny but with a snap from the cartilage that runs to the meat, its really good pinoy street food.
